Semolina is made with wheat germ & bran, making it highly fibrous & nutritious. It's coarsely ground from durum wheat, and will serve you well in making traditional pasta, gnocchi, bread, pizza bases and biscuit dough. But of course, it's waiting for your innovation!
Cooking Instructions
1. Add to a pan with, milk, water, sugar or preferred sweetener and salt. 2. Cook over a medium heat for 3-5 minutes, stirring until it is as thick as you want it.
